1 Are the prints framed?
No. All prints are sold unframed. This allows you to choose a frame that fits your interior and local framing preferences.
2 What paper do you use?
Prints are produced as museum-quality fine art prints on Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta (archival, rich blacks, luminous highlights).
3 Are prints made to order?
Yes. All prints are made to order and produced specifically for your purchase. This ensures fresh production and consistent quality.
4 How long does production and shipping take?
Production and shipping times vary by destination. At checkout you’ll see an estimated delivery time. Please note that delivery estimates can be affected by carriers, weather, and customs.
5 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For non-EU destinations, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
6 Can I cancel or change my order?
Because prints are produced to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. If you need to adjust an order, email us immediately: info@renekosterphotography.nl and we’ll do our best to help.
7 What is your return policy?
As prints are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue (including packaging and label). We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8 Will the print look exactly like it does on my screen?
Screens differ in brightness and color calibration, so slight variations can occur. We aim for faithful color and tonal reproduction, but appearance may vary depending on your display and lighting conditions.
