Refund policy

Returns & cancellations
All prints in this shop are made to order (print-on-demand) and produced specifically for your purchase. For that reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “changed my mind”, “ordered the wrong size”, or “it doesn’t match my interior”.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at info@renekosterphotography.nl and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue (including the packaging and shipping label)

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.

EU right of withdrawal (14 days)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that EU law provides an exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. As our prints are produced to order, withdrawal/returns are only accepted in cases of damage, production defect, or incorrect delivery.

Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return address
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide the correct instructions for handling.
